So, sitting around the Thanksgiving Turkey this year, a big smile came over my face as I thought about all the good things I’m appreciative of and have happened for 1200Dreams over the last year. For instance a new remixed and “awesomer” site, a growing cadre of awesome writers, and let’s not forget the explosion in popularity the dance music scene itself has experienced. But, I wanted to share the love and so, just in time for the Holidays we’re launching our first contest!! Nothing better than free stuff, I say!

Now, we wanted to make this easy for all of you so, after much deliberation, here are the details. We have two (2) copies of Defected records newly released CD, a collection of Marc Kinchen’s best works titled, HOUSE MASTERS – MK and we want to give them away!

One copy will go to a randomly selected person who RT (retweets) the Tweet posted below. The second winner will go to our 1200th Twitter follower! We’re pretty close now, so it shouldn’t take long. Easy enough, right?

One thing we are certain of is that this collection of classic material by the legendary Marc Kinchen, featuring many tracks never before released digitally, is a must have for House music aficionados and DJs alike.
