WEEKEND MIX 8.19.11: BLASTS FROM THE PAST – 3 90'S MIXES FROM 3 MASSIVE DJS

So, we were thinking, we always try to find the latest mixes to include in our DJ of The Week and Weekend Mix features, but why not go back, way back, back into time and feature some big name DJs kicking it way back when?

Following are three massive mixes from three of the biggest DJs in the game; Sasha, Joe Claussell, and John Digweed and all of the mixes are from the 90’s! And what great sets they are! Sasha brings the Hard House while Digweed brings you some Tech flavored House and Electro jams, and Clausell, well, he’s taking you to church.

Some of the tracks and artists you will hear still get play in the clubs, but there are plenty of others that you haven’t heard since you were spinning glow sticks at the Limelight or first learned to spread baby powder on your little area of the dance floor. Remember The KLF and their massive hit ‘What Time is Love,’? ‘Feeling’ by Antico? Or what about ‘Why We Sing’ by Kenny Bobien? These are the underground hits that served as the club anthems of your youth (or your parents’ youth, if you’re under 25 or so), and they are guaranteed to get you reminiscing.

If you are ready, go ahead and press play. Oh, and don’t forget your glowsticks!
