Rio Pena is not a rookie, he’s a bona fide veteran with some major nothces on his belt. He is the founder and producer of the Welcome to Miami Annual Festival, Electric Beach Festival, owner of We R Miami Productions and RPM Management, and the newly launched The Rhythm Freak Records. Oh, and he’s a pretty in demand DJ with the power to crack your spine with his sets of pounding, four to the floor beats.
