WEEKENDMIX 10.5.12: ENERGIZE WITH DNB

It’s been a long week. One of those weeks that just seemed to drag on, the weekend an eternity away. Somewhere around noon Wednesday, I began to feel just how long it was. Needing some motivation, I cranked the volume up on the speakers and began listening to some high energy tunes. First I tried some big room House, but I found myself needing a few more BPM’s, something with a lil more energy. I then moved on to some Trance but still, I needed more speed. I then found just what I needed, the perfect speed and energy to help get me through the week. What exactly? Drum n Bass of course.

The following mix, titled Liquid Friday by DJ Fuzz aka Mark Robinson from High Wycombe, UK is just what you want to hear in a great DnB set. Rhythmic, a tempo upwards of 160 BPM, and enough bass to take you straight through the weekend. With this type of energy, I’ll be ready to tackle next week with no problem, and so will you.
